Plan, Execute and Implement Organizational Ideas

This session will focus on increasing the overall effectiveness of the organization to maximize business growth.
In this facilitated session, participants will develop a list of ideas to improve the organization, isolate the top 3 most important ideas, develop a workable plan (using Steven Gaffney Company’s proprietary process) to implement those ideas, and then present, adjust and ultimately adopt the appropriate plans to implement and be accountable after the session.
Participants will learn how to apply the previous interpersonal communication strategies, learned from the Steven Gaffney Company, to organizational issues, problems and ideas. They will also learn how to manage group dynamics to:
- Resolve why many meetings and discussions get bogged down with lengthy deliberations, repetitive conversations and what to do about it so that things get done swiftly. Avoid future resistance and obstacles to implementation including when people want to constantly revisit issues and problems. Avoid “scope creep” and often the groups desire to make things perfect rather than to make great progressPresent ideas and plans persuasively so the presentation can be done within 20 minutes
- Develop and obtain group consensus without watering down great solutions
All of these strategies learned can be easily applied to all kinds of other team and organizational issues that participants deal with on a daily bases so that things get done and completed on time.
